This was the first time we've called Omar's Party Rental. Ivan actually say he was polite and kind over the initial call. Impressed. Impressed because I explained that my yard was not huge and he asked me to send a video or pictures. He called back and told me which slide would fit! It was perfect! They have a great selection of styles. This one was perfect for the yard. Upon delivery and set up it, which took only minutes, I noticed how clean this was. They clean them people! I had a short notice request for a water slide inflatable, tables and chairs (I needed it in a week). When I called to inquire, Bruno Romero was very helpful, answered all my questions and gave me a quote. I had to call him back a couple times to ask more questions and again he was patient and answered my inquiries. The inflatable was delivered and set up promptly as promised. The inflatable was clean, and worked great. The kids had a blast and I will definitely call Mr. Romero for any future rental needs.
